In the unlikely event that your product is faulty please return it within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us in any of the ways detailed in the Contact Us section and we will advise you of the returns procedure. It would be helpful if you could supply a photograph and description of the fault.
Where the product is faulty we will offer to replace the item or offer a full refund depending on your wish.
We will not accept returns of Non-Faulty personalised goods because the products are personalised and as such have been created especially for you.
